  National economy challenges, aging housing stock, and the mismatch of housing costs and wage rates have compounded America's housing issues. 

Our declining neighborhoods and communities, particularly in urban America, attract criminal and hazardous activity.  These perils undercut what it means to be a proud community of neighbors that support each other. 

Legacy Community Housing Corporation (LCHC) recognizes this trend.  We believe our forgotten communities deserve restoration.  We fund projects that eliminate the suffering that comes from distresses communities.
