Legacy Community Housing Corporation (LCHC) is a Georgia-based nonprofit organization with a 501(c)3 public charity designation. 

Our mission:

We serve disadvantaged communities worldwide by providing charity, financial support and investment in areas such as real estate, community development, ministries, medical outreach, education, children's wellness and mental health.    We support people and organizations that transform lives and communities.  Our initiatives elevate all mankind.

The concept and mission for LCHC came out of Founder and Executive Director Brent Sobol's career of 25+ years in multifamily affordable housing, in a very hands-on way.

His career efforts have included the revitalization of fourteen broken and blighted apartment communities.  And a small number of single family homes.

Through this work, Brent has discovered that in order for lower income housing to thrive, ownership and management must have consensus on the end goal to create and sustain a safe community of good neighbors.

This end goal objective is best achieved by providing unique and innovative supportive services that address community needs -- and by having management that engages the community.
